By subscribing to the Community, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
• These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement governed by the laws of SHAMS, UAE.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of SHAMS courts.

• Membership is granted upon successful payment of the monthly subscription fee of $79.99, or a discounted rate via an approved external link.
• Membership grants access to the Community platform via web and mobile.
• Members are responsible for maintaining secure login credentials and for all activity under their account.

• The Community provides discussion channels, networking opportunities, and content for professional growth.
• All interactions must be respectful, professional, and aligned with UAE laws.
• Harassment, hate speech, defamation, illegal activity, or misuse of the platform will result in immediate suspension or termination.
• Administrators and coaches retain the right to monitor, moderate, and remove content in accordance with these Terms.

• Certain tutorials are mandatory to unlock job board access.
• Gamified tutorials must be completed sequentially.
• Job Hunting Tutorials include CV creation, LinkedIn optimization, and interview preparation.
• Completion ensures pre-qualification for recruiter access, but does not guarantee employment.
• All educational materials are provided for career development purposes only.

• The job board hosts positions from multiple approved recruitment companies.
• Members submit applications at their discretion; recruiters have full authority to accept or reject candidates.
• ThinkFuture Career Accelerator does not guarantee job offers, placement, or interviews.
• All job postings are provided in compliance with UAE labor and recruitment regulations.

• Members earn points for participation (posting, commenting, assisting others).
• Points can be redeemed for perks such as coaching sessions, mentorship, and other benefits.
• Membership levels and affiliate eligibility are determined solely by ThinkFuture Career Accelerator.
• Points and benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Bi-weekly and monthly events may include coaching, fitness, mindset, and leadership sessions.
• Attendance is optional; content is provided for educational purposes.
• Recordings may be provided at ThinkFuture Career Accelerator’s discretion.

• Eligible members may participate in the affiliate program to earn a percentage of subscription revenue from referrals.
• Affiliate earnings are subject to separate agreements and compliance with UAE advertising and marketing regulations.
• Participation is voluntary and can be terminated at any time by ThinkFuture Career Accelerator.

• All content within the Community, including videos, tutorials, documents, and discussions, is protected intellectual property of ThinkFuture Career Accelerator and its partners.
• Members may not copy, distribute, or use content for commercial purposes without written permission.

• Payments are processed securely via Circle/Stripe.
• The standard subscription fee is $79.99 per month, with discounted rates via approved external links.
• Payments are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at ThinkFuture Career Accelerator’s discretion.
• Failure to maintain payment may result in temporary or permanent loss of access.

• If a member cancels their subscription or allows it to lapse, all progress, points, badges, course completions, and privileges are forfeited. 
• Returning members must start from the beginning, completing all tutorials, courses, and gamified content in sequential order to regain access to the job board and other benefits. 
• ThinkFuture Career Accelerator is not responsible for retaining prior progress or points. 

• Membership may be suspended or terminated for:
  • Breach of Terms & Conditions
  • Illegal or inappropriate activity
  • Fraudulent payment activity
• Members may cancel subscriptions via account settings. No refunds are guaranteed for partial months.

• All services, tutorials, events, and affiliate programs are designed to comply with UAE laws, including SHAMS regulations.
• Members must use the Community lawfully and bear sole responsibility for compliance with UAE labor and professional laws in their career activities.
• ThinkFuture Career Accelerator reserves the right to modify services or offerings to maintain legal compliance.

• ThinkFuture Career Accelerator provides educational content, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
• The Community does not guarantee employment, income, promotions, or specific career outcomes.
• ThinkFuture Career Accelerator shall not be liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising from membership or use of materials.
• Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThinkFuture Career Accelerator and its partners from any claims or disputes.

• These Terms may be updated at any time.
• Members will be notified of material changes via email or the platform.
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
